for CMMi 5 company in
Mumbai.
- In depth knowledge of C# and ASP.Net with .Net framework 2.0.
- Good hands-on coding skills in .Net and related technologies (ASP.Net,
C#)
- In depth knowledge of SQL database, Schema & Structure, Stored
Procedures.
- Prior experience in AJAX.
- Should have experience on WF.
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH will be a plus.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, architecting & designing medium to
large scale high performance web applications.
- Involvement across the full project lifecycle (to successful
deployment)
- Understanding requirements, designing architecture, developing project
plan and scheduling on .Net platform including: asp.net, C#, SQL server,
XML and web services.
- Preparing the technical estimates.
- Designing high level and low level technical designs documents.
- Defining scope and architecture of the module/application.
- Actively participating in technical/Functional document preparation.
- End to end delivery responsibility
- Lead a team of highly skilled and talented software professionals
- Working with development team and business users to develop and
document business requirements
- Strong People/Team management skills
- Track and ensure all business requirements are met for the project
- Leveling and balancing workload allocations for project resources to
ensure that there is no imbalance in work load allocation
- Maintaining project schedule and communicating project status
- Monitoring bugs and other project issues to ensure that they are
resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure deliverables, offshore coordination for all the projects.
- Key requirement is an ability to catch up with new technologies and to
work in a high-paced dynamic environment with unknown requirements;
deadline pressures etc.
