Network Administrator
* 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco Router, Switch, Firewall, and Unified Communications technologies
* Hands-on configuration, design, installation, troubleshooting, and support of Cisco networks utilizing:
- EIGRP and BGP protocols
- Load Balancing and HSRP Failover
- TCP/IP
- MPLS, QOS, VOIP
- ASA Firewall Configuration and Intrusion Detection
- Application Acceleration and WAN optimization
- VLAN Configuration
* CCNP/CCDP or higher Cisco certification(s)
* Excellent team and customer interaction skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Cisco Unified Communications.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows server operating systems
* 5 years experience administering and supporting Exchange environments; (working knowledge of Exchange 2003 preferred) .
* Experience with Cisco Unified Communications.

Manager IT & Systems
1. Server Administration
* Monitor all the servers that are running data centre
* Able to understand and administer on Storage, Network, Windows Server & Linux Servers technologies
* Able to solve issues related to complex networks, routers, layer 3 devices
* Responsible for overall functioning and health management of all the servers.
* Troubleshoot any issue/problem raised with the server, storage & application radius.
2. Vendor Management, Coordination & Handling Escalations
* Coordinate between different departments for various documentation processes.
* Act as an escalation point for user related queries and issues.
* Maintain a record of users complaints/suggestions received and solutions offered.
* Coordinate with vendors for day to day requirements or sizing of new requirements
* Coordination with zones and regions meeting requirements and ensuring smooth run of IT & Systems. Handling escalations pertaining to any IT & Systems problem
3. Training
* Act as a trainer and to ensure all users are aware of IT & Systems policies, procedures and IT Updates.
* Time to time travel to Regions & Zones to check IT & Systems functionalities, usage & resolve any issue
4. IT Process & New Initiatives Execution
* Executing new IT initiatives and processes planned. Gather information or coordinate to ensure that the process are properly executed
* Taking part in various IT process and ensuring smooth transition of the same within the domain. Executing the process re-engineering and automation desired
* Should have understanding and have done administration Windows Server Environment (Domain Controller, ADC, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP, Sharepoint, File Server, SCOM, SCCM, RMS, ISA, OCS etc). Relevant experience in Linux Server administration, VM Ware administration would be preferred. Should have knowledge and have worked on storage (SAN, NAS & DAS), firewalls and UTM* s. Should have knowledge of backup technologies and architecture
* Should have experience in website administration, designing and developing experience would be an added advantage.
* Should have experience in handling complex network, layer 3 devices, able to understand wireless technology
* Able to design and deploy new network and technologies. Able to understand and execute implementation of new server technologies.
* Intelligent with high level of integrity & common sense
* Analytical & Logical Thinking
* Good communication skills required
* Fluent in English and Hindi.
* Knowledge of SQL Server and administration of the same would be an added advantage.
