* To be responsible for post implementation support & improvement in the
implemented system.
* To continuously examine the present processes and strive to improve on
the same.
* To prepare Test Scenarios for each of the new functionalities
pertaining to SAP HR module
* To be responsible for testing the scenarios, at all levels, as and
when called on by the functional consultants.
* To be responsible for Data Collection efforts. This would also include
activities leading to soft records derived from hard copies.
* Ensure that all the Data collected is correct and validated.
* Escalate any issues immediately to the next level.
* Conduct User Training as and when required.
* Be the Level 1 Helpdesk for all Queries/ Help Required by all types of
Users
* Review Utilization of the HCM solution.
* Build success measurement parameters and review periodically.
* Work out policies at Organization Level for Business decisions
* Review data discipline followed by all OD/Units and make presentations
to SR. Mgmt. /Steering committee
* Review the New User Training Process (Ensure compliance)
* Candidate should be full time MBA HR with 5+ years in Core
HR activities and SAP HR Trained.
