* Should have good understanding in developing System Test Plan with Data Driven Test Cases.

* Must have both manual and automated test experience in one of functional test tools (Winrruner / QTP / Rational Robot / Silk Test / QA Run)

* Test Management, Process management and people management experience
* Must have experience in writing test proposal
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have exposure to CMMi/CMM standards / processes
* Must have experience leading a team of 5 to 8.

* Gap Analysis with respect to existing ISO 9001:2000 Quality management system.
* Prepare Process documents.
* Participated in the reviews of all Process documents.
* Maintenance and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) adhering to ISO 9001:2000.
* Preparation of Quality plan for the software projects.
* Ensuring Metrics data collection and Data analysis.
* Application of Statistical process control (SPC) and EVM on the project data.
* Conduct release readiness reviews during project delivery.
* Understanding process tailoring requirements and making process tailoring for the projects.
* Ensure all the plans of project are prepared and approved.
* Participating in Internal Process audits adhering to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
* Conducting Configuration Audits for the projects as defined in the plan.
* Tracking the closure of Defect Logs, Review Reports and Audit findings.
* Exposure to ISMS, ISO 27001:2005, CMMi 5
